Tourism Development Grant
The mission of the Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau is to promote Findlay, Hancock County, and the features that make it a destination for outside visitors and tourists. Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau sets aside funds, annually, to assist organizations in year one or two of a new program. Tourism Development funds are designated to assist qualified organizations with activities that directly support the development of events, meetings, sports tournaments and other activities that will develop tourism that will grow and be sustainable for years to come. Recent successful programs, receiving Tourism Development funds from the Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau include Riverside Wine Festival, ASA Softball Tournaments, Historic Downtown Church Tour, Oktoberfest, and the FAGA Golf Tournament.
